At Tulo, each garment is crafted with care. We want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from https://tuloclothing.in/, you agree to the terms below.
Made-to-Order Products
Most Tulo pieces are made to order. We encourage you to consult our size guide or reach out to us before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for a different size or for another product of equal or higher value, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags intact.
- The customer is responsible for safely returning the product. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
- Once exchanged, the product is no longer eligible for a further exchange.
- Exchange requests must be initiated by contacting us at tuloclothing@gmail.com within 24hours of delivery.
Quality Issues
If you receive a product with a genuine quality defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us with photographs of the issue.
Subject to verification, we will either replace the piece or issue a store credit at our discretion. All products are quality-checked before dispatch.
Alterations
If your item requires minor alterations, we are happy to assist:
- The first round of pick-up and re-delivery is free of cost.
- For subsequent alteration requests, courier charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund
- Sale or discounted items
- Products purchased during promotional events
- Custom-made or altered products
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags/packaging
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- International orders
Warehouse Sale / Clearance Items
Products sold under Warehouse Sale or clearance events may have minor fabric or stitching imperfections.
By purchasing such items, you acknowledge and accept these variations. All such sales are final — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer direct monetary refunds on purchases.
In exceptional cases where we are unable to fulfil your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
In the event of agreed refunds, a payment processing fee of 1.9% (domestic) or 2.9% (international) may be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction costs.
Order Cancellations
By the Customer
We are unable to process cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you believe there is an error in your order, please contact us immediately at tuloclothing@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet entered production.
By Tulo
Tulo reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or fails our quality audit.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
International Orders
We currently do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on international orders due to the complexity of customs clearance.
International customers who wish to return an item at their own initiative may do so at their own expense, including all duties, customs fees, and handling charges. We will assess the returned item upon receipt.
Natural Fabric Disclaimer
Tulo works extensively with natural textiles.
Natural fabrics may show wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations. These are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
