This Shipping Policy outlines how Tulo processes and delivers your orders. By placing an order on https://tuloclothing.in/, you agree to the terms below.

 

Domestic Shipping — India

We ship across India. Each Tulo piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop. Please allow 5-6 business days for production after your order is confirmed, after which it will be dispatched.

 

Standard delivery takes 10-12 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

 

Ready to Ship

Products marked as 'Ready to Ship' will be dispatched on the next working day, provided all items in your order belong to the Ready to Ship category.

 

 

Alterations

If you have requested size alterations, please allow an additional 5 working days on top of the standard production time. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

 

 

Express / Priority Shipping

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order at tuloclothing@gmail.com. We will do our best to prioritise your order and arrange express shipping at an additional charge, subject to availability.

 

 

Taxes & Duties — India

For all domestic deliveries, all applicable taxes and duties (including GST) are included in the product price displayed on the website. There are no additional charges at the time of delivery.

 

 

International Shipping

We ship globally. International orders are delivered within 15-20 business days from the date of dispatch, with a production lead time of 3-4 additional days.

 

Ready to Ship is not available for international orders.

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes — International

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in the destination country.

 

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before or upon delivery.

 

Tulo is unable to estimate or pre-pay customs charges, as these vary by country. If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, the package may be delayed, returned, or destroyed. Tulo will not be liable for any resulting loss.

 

 

Express International Shipping

For urgent international orders, please Mail at tuloclothing@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss availability and express options.

 

 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

 

 

Delays & Force Majeure

Tulo is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, extreme weather, strikes, government actions, postal or courier disruptions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

 

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Tulo will not be responsible for non-delivery or lost shipments due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
